LEE'S PALACE

Al Runt 2018
529 Bloor St W

About

A psychedelic, hand-lettered explosion of color that serves as a high-frequency visual landmark for Toronto's rock history.

Interesting Fact!

The iconic hand-lettered "PALACE" text is integrated directly into the mural, making the typography part of the art itself.

Designer’s Note

The letterforms ignore all standard "baseline" rules, creating a rhythmic, vibrating energy that matches the live music inside.
